Installation Help

If you're having problems installing this plug-in, please follow the below steps.

Save any work that you may have open.
Close ALL programs that you have running. This includes:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Microsoft Office programs
- Close other web browsers too!
- The less programs you have running during an install, the better.
Run the Setup/Installation program as Administrator. Unsure of how to do this?
- Contact your network administrator -or- Hardware Provider
Follow installation prompts until it completes.
Start Internet Explorer
- Click Enable for the plug-in to be allowed.
- Restart Internet Explorer so the plug-in actually starts
Click the sigbop [s] button and Sign-into the Plug-in.
If you're still having problems:
- Try rebooting your computer and THEN re-install.
- Still no luck?

How to interact with various email clients?

Once the extension is installed, you’ll need to sign into the extension using the same credentials that were setup on the sigbop website. The very first time you sign in, it may take a few seconds (10-15) to download your signature, and any previously setup or corporate FastLinks.

How to insert your signature?

Once you’re signed-in, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the various buttons and menu options. All of the browser-based solutions (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera, and Safari) share a common interface with a drop-down menu.

The extension for Microsoft Office Outlook uses Office-like tabs to expose the appropriate functionality.

From this point on,
ALL emails that you create will have your signature automatically inserted when a new email is created.

How to pause your signature?

That is, of course, until you don’t want it automatically inserted.
With the sigbop Signature Extension, there are a few ways to remove your signature from an email.

Browsers: Find/Click the Pause Signature Insertion check-box.
Outlook Desktop: Toggle the Signature Insertion button off.
All Plugin/Extensions: Sign-out! The pause will remain in effect until you sign-back-in.
Manually: Simply edit, highlight and remove the signature block from the email.

How to view your stats?

As you’re sending out more and more emails, sigbop’s patented technology will automatically collect some basic stats for you on those emails. You can then easily get to those stats from any extension.

Outlook Desktop: Under My signatures, select a signature, and then click Stats.
Browser Extension: In Drop-down menu, under Signature tab, and then click Stats.
