Microsoft Office Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016 support
I use Outlook 2010 and use Outlook.com but my SigBOP signature is not being inserted to my Outlook.com signature.

If you’ve got Outlook 2007/2010/2013 … and you use Outlook.com ( or Live Mail, or HotMail ( all old names of Microsoft free email) ) … Then Outlook program by itself will NOT allow you to connect to Outlook.com/LiveMail/Hotmail/etc ( their connection is NOT POP3 and NOT IMAP ). You need this special connector program (that Microsoft wrote) that is essentially another Outlook Add-in. That connector allows Outlook to talk to the Outlook.com/Live.com/Hotmail.com websites.

That was built for an older version of Live.com / Outlook.com. Some time ago, Microsoft changed Live.com and Outlook.com to use a different DOM (Document Object Model) than what previously existed. Their current DOM is more like ( perhaps a clone of ) Outlook 365's DOM, which we currently do not have a plugin for. The Outlook 365 DESKTOP version is the same plugin as Outlook 2010/2013/2016 for Windows.
