I use Outlook 2010 and use Outlook.com but my SigBOP signature is not being inserted to my Outlook.com signature.

That was built for an older version of Live.com / Outlook.com.
Some time ago, Microsoft changed Live.com and Outlook.com to use a different DOM (Document Object Model) than what previously existed.
Their current DOM is more like ( perhaps a clone of ) Outlook 365's DOM, which we currently do not have a plugin for.
The Outlook 365 DESKTOP version is the same plugin as Outlook 2010/2013/2016 for Windows.

I have tried multiple signature templates, but they all have the same issue: Any phone numbers are not aligned with their description.

It seems that this is caused by your HTML code. Is this a known problem and when will it be fixed? I am currently evaluating your product for my company, but this would be a deal breaker for me because it looks very unprofessional.

Why does my email signature look different on my mobile device?

Each mobile device renders text differently, it is completely out of the control of the email sender to assert how their email signature looks when it is received on a mobile device. All mobile devices are different, and depending on what version of the mobile operation system you are running the text could look vastly different. Here is a chart that illustrates which mobile devices and what operating systems are currently supported.

December 8, 2015, update for Outlook 2010 (KB3114409) Causing Outlook 2010 to only work in Safe Mode

Notice
After you install this update, Outlook 2010 may start only in safe mode. If this issue occurs, uninstall the update. A new version that contains the fix for this issue as well as the fixes listed below is available from KB3114560.

Summary
This article describes update KB3114409 for Microsoft Outlook 2010, which was released on December 8, 2015. This update has a prerequisite.

Improvements and fixes
  • Adds administrative support to prevent Outlook 2010 from booting into safe mode. Administrators set this function in some scenarios when they have add-ins that must be enabled.

Note To enable this function, see How to use the Windows registry to prevent Outlook 2010 from starting in safe mode after it crashes.
  • Fixes the following issues:
    • Assume that an email message is sent programmatically in Outlook 2010. When you try to send another email message to the same recipients, you don't get any suggestion for the recipient names. This issue occurs because the recipients aren't added to the nickname cache.

Note To fix this issue, see No suggestion for recipient names when you try to send email messages to same recipients in Outlook 2010.
    • If an appointment or a meeting length is less than 24 hours but it spans across midnight, it's displayed as two appointments or two meetings in the month view in Outlook 2010.
    • You experience repeated reconnect attempts because the X-PendingPeriod response header isn't respected for the MAPI over HTTP transport protocol.
    • Consider the following scenario:
      • An email message has multiple attachments.
      • The file names of the attachments contain characters other than US-ASCII.
      • The order of the files is sorted by Unicode that differs from the order by the current system locale (such as Japanese and Russian).
In this situation, the file names may be overwritten by another file name or swapped.

Update information
Restart informationYou may have to restart the computer after you install this update.Prerequisite

To apply this update, you must have Microsoft Office 2010 Service Pack 2 installed.

Note You may also need to apply Language Pack Service Pack 2 for any Language Packs you previously installed.

Can I integrate Sigbop with Outlook for Mac through Microsoft Exchange (Windows Server)

According to Google, it’s possible, but your IT admin would need to be on top of its setup/configuration.

Different configurations on both the Mac and the Server can cause it NOT to work.

    Hi Curtis,

I'll see if I can find out what's happening here. Something doesn't sound right.
Shoot me an email directly with your correct facebook page, and Google + page.
I'll take a look at it first thing in the morning.

    Curtis,

The new user wizard is currently, just for that.
I'm looking to integrate that concept with the full editor.
The full editor is a bit more powerful.

From your signatures, you can go edit, and add a new signature.
Give it a new name. Choose a new template (if desired). Templates are located on the bottom left hand side of the full editor.
Different templates have different layouts and widgets (features) enabled.

With a Platinum license, we can custom design a template if one of the existing templates doesn't fit your needs.

When I select gallery then select a card I like.
It asks for account info I input the information
The I put in the signature info
Then I put in the Social Links
    I then select Create Signature
    It then confirms account info.
My email address is there already all I have to do is input my password
When I do a dialog box appears
There is already a registered user with this email address.

This is a security built into Outlook email. Click the check box to not show you the message again, and click "Yes" . Basically, what you should do after this is add the sender to the "safe sender" list so that you don't receive the pop-up again.

In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Replies & Forwards

Make sure that the box is checked that says "Open replies and forwards in a new window" and Click "Ok"

If it wasn't checked, and now it is, go back and see if the problem is fixed.

In order view the signature in perfect form, your display settings need to be set to Small 100%. It cannot be Medium or Large. If you have trouble viewing the screen on the "Small" setting, then you can adjust the resolution to meet your viewing preference.
